  2. All orders must be placed at least three (03) working days in advance prior to event date. booking(s) are subject to availability

    Cancellation: 2 days before the event, our team will reach out to you for the refund

  3. Food best consumed within 4 hours in small fire chaffing dish tray as per SFA guidelines. (We don’t provide takeaway packaging)
  4. Delivery time is from 11am to 6pm daily.
  5. Additional Fees:-
    1. Transportation and service charges for buffet set-up fee. Fees inclusive of Return transport for delivery and collection, Complete table layoutwith skirting and chaffing dish, Simple centerpiece flower display, Disposable wares and serviette, Bin for trash disposal.
      Please allow some grace period subjected to weather, traffic condition, and security requirement or parking issues.
      For delivery between 11am-3.30pm: $100 (before 8% GST)
      For delivery between 4pm-6pm: $120 (before 8% GST)

      • Additional $10 surcharge for delivery to CBD areas, Jurong Island and Sentosa.
    2. If the location/ buffet set-up area is not on the ground/lift level, including indoor steps (entrance/dining/ living room steps, stairs landing etc); there will be surcharge of $10 per steps (before gst) (customer to provide pictures, subjected to approval). We highly recommend customer to choose a ground level set-up area, as climbing up stairs with catering equipment or food trays is physically exhausting and can be dangerous for our delivery colleagues. Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.
    3. In the event of rain, and there’s no sheltered drop off area or ramp, and our logistic team need to take stairs instead; a fee of $20-$100 depending with difficulty or number of steps; will be charge and payable in cash or PAYNOW upon recollection of buffet items. (we will provide picture proof)
    4. Festive Season Surcharge:$50 (All major gazettes public holidays)
  6. Restaurant Private Reservation Fee; for 2nd floor Kandahar St outlet. $450 for 3 hours applicable for non-peak hours 3PM-6PM. For reservation outside the stated time; fees might varies and subjected to approval.

Add-on must be the same quantity as the main order, except stated otherwise.
