  1. All orders must be placed at least five (05) working days in advance prior to event date. booking(s) are subject to availability
  2. Cancellation: 2 days before the event, our team will reach out to you for the refund. No refund shall be entertained if cancel less than 48 hours.
  3.  For corporate orders, please email catering@minang.sg.
  4. Food best consumed within 4 hours in small fire chaffing dish tray as per SFA guidelines. (We don’t provide takeaway packaging)
  5. Delivery time is from 11am to 6pm daily. Collection timing is 4 hours after set-up. Do speak to our team during delivery for collection timing confirmation.

  7. Additional Fees:-
    1. Transportation and service charges for buffet set-up fee. Fees inclusive of Return transport for delivery and collection, Complete table layout with skirting and chaffing dish, Simple centerpiece flower display, Disposable wares and serviette, Bin for trash disposal.
      Please allow some grace period subjected to weather, traffic condition, and security requirement or parking issues.
      For delivery between 11am-3pm: $100 (before GST)
      For delivery between 4pm-6pm: $120 (before GST)
    2. PLEASE TAKE NOTE:-
      Manually chargeable and payment via PAYNOW to our UEN no. Our sales representation will contact you if your location or order falls under these categories:-

      • Additional $10 surcharge for delivery to CBD areas, Jurong Island and Sentosa.
      • If the location/ buffet set-up area is not on the ground/lift level, including indoor steps (landed properties- entrance/dining/ living room steps, stairs landing etc), (office building- no ramp or direct lift at loading area/parking); there will be surcharge of $10 per steps (before gst) (customer to provide pictures, subjected to approval). We highly recommend customer to choose a ground level set-up area, as climbing up stairs with catering equipment or food trays is physically exhausting and can be dangerous for our delivery colleagues. Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.
      • Festive Season Surcharge:$50 (All major gazettes public holidays)

    • We accept debit and credit card for online order payment
    • We also accept payment via PAYNOW to our UEN no. and bank transfer
    • We offer NET30 for corporate order and e-invoicing via vendor@SG for government bodies.
